Delivery & Refunds

• • No refunds for undelivered messages unless due to system error on our end.
2. RCS (Rich Communication Services)
Content Restrictions
• • All multimedia content (images, buttons, videos) must comply with Google RCS guidelines.
• • Any misleading or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Brand Verification
• • Only verified brands can use RCS campaigns. Brand approval through Google is mandatory.
• • Fake or impersonated brand submissions may lead to termination.
Delivery & Monitoring
• • RCS delivery depends on handset compatibility and operator support.
• • Real-time reports and campaign analytics are provided as part of the service.
3. WhatsApp Business API (Official)
Meta Compliance
• • All messaging templates must be approved by Meta (Facebook).
• • Use of unauthorized templates or spamming can lead to account ban without notice.
KYC Requirements
• • Proper business documents, Facebook Business Manager ID, and domain verification are mandatory.
Charges & Billing
• • Charges are based on conversation windows (24-hour rule).

Ban Policy

5. Digital Marketing Services
Campaign Guidelines
• • No adult, gambling, or misleading advertisements are allowed.

Billing
